Phase Ingredients for one application Quantity
A brahmi powder 2 gr
A bhringaraj powder 2 gr
A flat water 13 gr
A AHA fruit acids 15 drops
A carrot seed essential oil 2 drops

Sanitize the dedicated containers and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.

Preparation method:
Mix the powders in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients in the order given by the recipe. Mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
Note: depending on the batch, the density of the powders may vary slightly, and if at the end of the composition of the mask is too fluid or too compact, it will be supplemented with a little powder or water, as the case may be.

Use:
The mask is ready and used immediately after preparation. The mask is quite gritty, the application would be easier with a spatula. Apply on the face avoiding the eye and lip area, leave it to act for approximately 10-12 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water, cover your face with a soft towel, then, if desired, apply a toner and moisturizer.
The mask can be used once or twice a week.

A mask based on two Ayurvedic powders with anti-aging action: brahmi (tonic, purifying, anti-aging, relieves various skin problems) and bhringaraj (rejuvenating, fights against skin aging, regenerating). We also included in the recipe fruit acids, a cosmetic active known for its rejuvenating effect, stimulating skin cell renewal and fading wrinkles. The essential oil obtained from carrot seeds is known for its strong regenerating and anti-wrinkle effect, used to beautify the skin, improve the appearance and condition of the skin.

Options:

  • carrot seed essential oil can be replaced with another essential oil chosen according to its properties or, for those with sensitive skin, it can be omitted from the recipe; other essential oils with anti-aging action would be: geranium, rosewood or neroli
  • instead of flat water you can use floral water (neroli, roses, melisa) or an infusion
