"Proficient men" deodorant stick

Formula: 161149

Phase Ingredients for ~45 ml % Quantity
A coco-silicone 23 11,5 gr
A zinc ricinoleate 3 1,5 gr
B rice powder 10 5 gr
B alum powder 7 3,5 gr
B stearic acid 30 15 gr
B vege-silicone, volatile 20 10 gr
C Triethyl citrate 5 2,5 gr
C sage essential oil 0,4 6 drops
C bergamot essential oil 1,6 26 drops

Sanitize the dedicated containers and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.

Preparation method:
Prepare the container first: after sanitizing and drying, the intermediary cap is greased with a little coco-silicone and attached to the body of the container. Then add the lid but do not close it as tightly as possible, to facilitate the opening.

The ingredients of phase A are added to a heat-resistant glass and melted in a water bath.
Add the phase B ingredients to the composition. Leave the composition in the water bath until the ingredients liquefy and the composition becomes uniform, stirring constantly.
Remove the beaker from the water bath, add the phase C ingredients and mix well.
When the composition begins to thicken slightly, pour into the container.

Pouring into the container:
The prepared container is positioned upside down, and the still fluid composition is poured through the hole in the base. Leave the container in this position for at least 4 hours, preferably until the next day.
Fix the corresponding small cap over the wheel at the base. Before removing the lid for the first time, place the deodorant in the freezer for a few minutes.
Remove from the freezer, carefully remove the lid and then remove the intermediary lid - which should not be used until the next pour into the container.
Tip: if the top of the deodorant stick breaks when the cap is removed, it can be attached back with a slight pressure and can eventually be pressed together with your fingers (with gloves).

The result is a deodorant with 4 active ingredients that prove effective in neutralizing the appearance of unpleasant odors: zinc ricinoleate, Triethyl citrate, alum and sage essential oil. It is pleasant to apply, leaves no unaesthetic white marks and has a fresh, pleasant scent.
