Sanitize the dedicated containers and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.
Phase A: add the emulsifier to a bowl and mix vigorously with a mini whisk for 20-30 seconds. Gradually add the apricot kernel oil (possibly with a pipette), stirring constantly, similar to making a mayonnaise. The composition will harden and become opaque.
Phase B: transfer the floral waters to a container over which the xanthan gum is sprinkled and mixe, until the gum disperses. It is left to rest for the formation of the gel, approximately 5 minutes, then add the gentle washing base and mix well.
Cold emulsification: phase B is gradually added over phase A, which is meanwhile mixed, and stirring is continued until a homogeneous composition is obtained.
At the end, add the ingredients from phase C, mixing after each one. The resulting emulsion is transferred to the dedicated container.
