Sanitize the dedicated containers and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.
Transfer the phase A ingredients to a heat-resistant container.
Transfer the water from phase B to another heat-resistant container, which is placed for a short time in a water bath for heating. Gradually sprinkle acacia gum over the warm water and mix vigorously for even dispersion.
Both phases are placed in a water bath and heated until phase A is completely melted; mix both compositions in the meantime.
The containers are removed from the heat and immediately proceed to emulsification: phase B is rapidly transferred over phase A and mixed vigorously with a teaspoon or mini whisk for approximately 2 minutes.
Add the ingredients of phase C and mix vigorously for about 2 minutes.
Add the ingredients from phase D, stirring the composition for a few seconds.
Finally, the composition is transferred to the dedicated container, using a syringe. The small stopper (ring) from the container set is mounted after the composition has been transferred to the container.
You may experience problems transferring the composition even if you use the syringe, as the mascara tube has a narrow neck. You can use a toothpick to release air from the container tube during the transfer.
It is applied in two layers, the first is left for a few seconds to dry, the second layer is applied in a zig-zag pattern to separate the lashes. The brown mascara is especially suitable for people with blonde, light or dark brown hair. The product is not "waterproof". The clay and the vege-collagen included in the recipe have the role of giving volume. Acacia gum and candelilla wax ensure adhesion and drying after application.
