Add the powders to a mortar, one by one, and mix with the help of a pestle for several minutes, until the pigments disperse correctly and the powder is homogeneous. Then add the fragrance oil (another suitable fragrance oil or essential oil can be chosen) and mix again.

To obtain a fine and homogeneous powder, you can use a coffee grinder in which the powders are mixed for a few seconds. Then add the fragrance oil.
