Sanitize the dedicated containers and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.

The recipe can be prepared with Cocamidopropyl betaine in both liquid and powder version.
If you work with a liquid surfactant, follow the dosages and instructions given in the recipe.
If you are using a powdered surfactant, first prepare the required amount of solution following the instructions below:
Liquid Cocamidopropyl betaine can be easily obtained from Cocamidopropyl betaine powder, by mixing one part powder + 2 parts plain/distilled water.
• to obtain 10 gr liquid surfactant mix 3.3 gr surfactant powder + 6.7 gr water
• to obtain 25 gr liquid surfactant mix 8.3 gr surfactant powder + 16.7 gr water
• to obtain 100 gr liquid surfactant mix 33 gr surfactant powder + 67 gr water

Preparation method:
In a bowl or glass add the water, the ivy extract and the surfactant and mix. Sprinkle the xanthan gum over the composition, while stirring vigorously until the gum is completely dispersed. Let the composition rest for about 5 minutes until the gel is formed.

Add the rest of the ingredients one at a time (phase B), mixing after each one. The resulting gel is transferred to the dedicated container.

The result is a compact, frothy, pleasant-smelling gel. Apply on damp skin by intensive massage. The skin is then rinsed with lukewarm water and finally with a jet of cold water. The skin remains smooth, toned and with a fresh comforting scent.

The ivy extract together with the essential oils work synergistically to promote microcirculation and active drainage. The exfoliator helps to remove dead cells from the skin and revitalize the areas on which it is applied.

Options: instead of the proposed exfoliator, the olive exfoliator can be used, if a more intense exfoliation is desired.
