Phase Ingredients for ~25 ml % Quantity
A shea butter 50 12 gr
A almond oil 25 6 gr
A olive oil 12,3 3,1 gr
A beeswax 10 2,5 gr
B tea tree essential oil 0,5 4 drops
B lavender essential oil 1 8 drops
B frankincense essential oil 0,5 4 drops
B chamomile CO2 extract 0,2 one drop
B vitamin E 0,5 4 drops

Sanitize the dedicated containers and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.

Add the phase A ingredients to a heat-resistant glass and place in a water bath. Heat the composition until the ingredients are completely melted. The composition must be clear and translucent. It is then removed from the heat source, mixed and left to cool.

To speed up the cooling process, the composition can be placed over a bowl of cold water and stirred from time to time.

In the composition cooled to body temperature, incorporate the rest of the ingredients - phase B - with mixing after each one. The obtained balm is transferred to the dedicated container and left to rest until the next day.

An emollient, soothing and repairing balm that can be applied daily or whenever needed, on damaged skin, affected by minor injuries. Do not apply on open wounds. It can also be used by children over 3 years, in moderation. 


  • calendula or aloe vera oil can be used instead of almond oil
  • frankincense essential oil can be removed from the recipe; instead, schisandra CO2 extract or marigold CO2 extract may be included
  • rosemary CO2 extract (2 drops) can be used instead of vitamin E

  • Shelf-life: 6 months - prepared in optimal conditions of hygiene, kept in a cool place
