Moisturizing hand cream

Formula: 41203

Phase Ingredients for ~50 ml % Quantity
A babassu oil 5 2,5 gr
A murumuru butter 5 2,5 gr
A emulsifier Olliva 5 2,5 gr
B flat mineral water 48,9 24,5 gr
B melissa water 30 15 gr
B glycerin, vegetable 3 1,5 gr
C panthenol 2 1 gr
C natural cosmetic fragrance oil Roses 0,5 8 drops
C fragard 0,6 10 drops

Sanitize the dedicated containers and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.

Preparation method:
Add the Phase A ingredients to a heat-resistant container. In another heat-resistant container add the ingredients of phase B.

Both phases are placed in a water bath and heated to 70°C, meanwhile stirring each.
Removed from the water bath, combine as follows: phase B is poured slowly, in a single motion over phase A, while already mixing the phase A composition. Mix for 3 minutes.
To accelerate the cooling process, place the composition over a bowl with cold water and continue to mix for 3 more minutes. If the mixer can no longer cope due to the thickening of the composition, switch to energetic manual homogenization.

In the composition cooled to body temperature, add the rest of the ingredients - phase C - one by one, with thorough mixing after each one.
The cream thus prepared is transferred to the dedicated container. The consistency of the cream will be finalized the next day.

A light and soft cream, with a very pleasant texture and floral scent. It is not greasy, does not leave an oily or sticky sensation on the skin. Leaves skin hydrated, nourished, velvety and pleasantly fragrant.


  • instead of babassu oil, another vegetable oil can be used, according to preferences and its properties
  • instead of murumuru butter you can also use another vegetable butter, such as kokum, cocoa or shea butter for example
  • lavender, chamomile, neroli or rose water can be used instead of melissa water
  • instead of the fragrance oil proposed in the recipe, another fragrance, essential oil or aromatic extract can be used, according to preferences

  • Recommended container: Carven jar with lid, 50 ml
  • Shelf-life: 3 months - prepared in optimal conditions of hygiene, kept in a cool place
