Sanitize the dedicated containers and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.

Preparation method:
Add the shea butter to a heat-resistant glass, and melt in a water bath. Remove from heat and place in the freezer for a few minutes, until creamy but not completely solidified.

In the soft butter add the macadamia oil and mix well. Let the composition rest until it begins to solidify. In a few minutes, add the rest of the ingredients from phase B, mixing after each one.

The composition is transferred to the dedicated container and left to synergize until the next day.

The result is a 3 in 1 cream that is applied preferentially on areas with poor circulation and areas affected by cellulite. With a teaspoon or spatula, take a suitable amount and apply by massage of comfortable intensity, on damp skin, for 2-3 minutes. In the meantime, the hands can be moistened to facilitate the dispersion of the composition on the skin; it will be observed how on contact with water the preparation is emulsified.
The skin will be rinsed with lukewarm water and the application of a moisturizer is not required.

3 in 1 - three benefits in one product: it deeply cleanses the skin, is anti-cellulite and activates microcirculation, is nourishing and leaves the skin hydrated, velvety.

Options:

macadamia oil can be replaced with another vegetable oil, preferably one with a drier texture: rice bran, kukui, sesame, jojoba or grape seed oil
shea butter can be replaced with mango butter, in which case 60 gr is added, and the macadamia oil is reduced to 12 gr
the Alfa emulsifier is versatile, with multiple benefits for the skin, also containing glycerin; in this composition it helps to easily wash the cream off the skin, when it comes in contact with water; without an emulsifier the cream will be greasy and harder to rinse off
the grapefruit and black pepper essential oils have a circulatory and anti-cellulite effect, we do not recommend replacing/removing them from the recipe
cardamom essential oil, in this recipe, mainly has the function of relieving the smell of fucus powder
the orange peel exfoliator is quite gentle; for a more intense exfoliation it can be replaced with the olive exfoliator, about the same amount
