Diaper cream with zinc oxide

A	shea butter	20 gr
A	zinc oxide	5 gr
B	guaiacwood essential oil	0,5 gr
C	calendula oil	23 gr (25 ml)
C	bisabolol	10 drops
C	vitamin E	7 drops

Sanitize the dedicated containers and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.

Preparation method:
Add the shea butter and the zinc oxide to a heat-resistant container, and heat in a water bath. If you have a mortar on hand, crush the zinc oxide beforehand. Heat the composition until the butter melts and mix well.

Remove from the water bath and add the guaiacwood essential oil. Mix well. Place the container in a bowl with cold water, stirring constantly, until the composition reaches body temperature.

Add the rest of the ingredients (phase C), mix well and pour into the dedicated container. The container is placed for approximately 5 minutes in the freezer, to obtain a homogeneous texture.

The result is an unctuous cream, suitable for the delicate skin of babies. It is applied in a thin layer, after sanitizing the area, when changing diapers. Contains ingredients known for their calming, repairing, antiseptic and skin regenerating effect.

Options:

murumuru butter can be used instead of shea butter; you can also use mango butter but it is a little softer and the consistency of the cream will be as such, softer
instead of calendula oil, another vegetable oil can be used, such as aloe vera, almond, watermelon, apricot kernel or rice bran oil, for example; in this case we recommend the inclusion of 3 drops (0.1 gr) of marigold CO2 extract
