In a bowl, add the ingredients of phase A one at a time and mix. Once the solution has clarified, add the ingredients of phase B, mixing well. Avoid foaming during mixing. The solution will clarify on the next day, and then transfer to the foamer bottle.
Cleanser can also be packaged in a plain bottle, in which case apply to the skin with a cleansing pad, then rinse.
