Phase Ingredients for ~100 ml Quantity
A coconut oil 78 ml (72 gr)
A laurel oil 20 ml (18,5 gr)
A wintergreen essential oil 30 drops
A cypress essential oil 30 drops

Sanitize the dedicated containers and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.

Preparation method:
The coconut oil is slightly preheated if it is solid. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. The resulting oil is transferred to the dedicated container. 
If the storage medium has a temperature higher than 24°C, the composition is liquid and stored in a bottle. If the storage environment is cooler then the composition is stored in a jar.

An oily mix made up of ingredients with anti-inflammatory, analgesic, decongestant properties. It favors muscle relaxation, it is a tonic for the circulatory and draining system. It is useful for tired, swollen feet, with a feeling of "heavy legs", feet with poor circulation. Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
