Ashwagandha & Rosehip facial massage serum

Phase Ingredients for ~50 ml serum Quantity
A almond oil 65 gr
A ashwagandha powder 7 gr
B rosehip CO2 extract  1 gr
B natural cosmetic fragrance oil Pink bouquet or Carnation 7 drops
B vitamin E 3 drops

Preparation method:
As a first step, prepare the ashwaganda macerate: in a jar with a lid, mix the ingredients of phase A and leave the composition to soak for 24 hours. Filter and allow to settle slightly if necessary. The result is about 45 gr of macerated oil after filtration.

Add the B phase ingredients to the macerated oil and mix well. The serum thus obtained is transferred to the dedicated container.

An oily serum enriched with anti-wrinkle, antioxidant, regenerating, anti-aging substances. Apply a few drops on clean skin and massage with gentle circular and smoothing movements. Facial massages applied 2-3 times a week help to tone the skin, relax and smooth the face, stimulate blood circulation and skin repair mechanisms.

The fragrance oil is optional, it can be removed from the recipe. Instead of almond oil you can use caprilis, apricot kernel, macadamia oil or other light textured vegetable oils.
