"Fresh all day" cream deodorant


Formula: 41053 - version A (with emulsifier Liqua)

A caprilis oil 7 3,5 gr
A Liqua emulsifier 3 1,5 gr
A zinc ricinoleate 3 1,5 gr
B flat water 52,8 26,4 gr
B witch hazel water 30 15 gr
C xanthan gum 0,3 0,15 gr
D rice powder 1,5 0,75 gr
D alum crystals/powder* 0,7 0,35 gr
D sage essential oil 0,1 0,05 gr
D tea tree essential oil 0,2 0,1 gr
D grapefruit essential oil FCF 0,8 0,4 gr
C cosgard 0,6 0,3 gr

Preparation method:

Phase A ingredients are added to a heat-resistant glass. Add the ingredients from phase B to another heat-resistant beaker
The glasses are placed in a water bath, both phases are heated to a temperature of 75°C then removed from the heat.
Pour phase B over phase A and mix (for 1 minute with the new mixer, for 3 minutes with the old mixer).
Sprinkle xanthan gum over the composition and mix for a few seconds. Place the glass in a bowl of cold water to accelerate cooling process, and continue to mix (for 1 minute with the new mixer, for 3 minutes with the old mixer).
Then add the ingredients of phase D and mix thoroughly (for 15 seconds with the new mixer, for 1 minute with the old mixer). *If the alum stone is in the form of crystals, it must first be turned into a powder with the help of a mortar with pestle.
The deodorant thus obtained is transferred to the dedicated container. The texture will be finalized the next day. pH: ~5-5,5

A light, non-sticky and non-greasy formula, slightly moisturizing, gentle on the skin, formulated with ingredients that neutralize the unpleasant smell of perspiration and have antibacterial action. By replacing the orange essential oil with another essential oil, bergamot or lime for example, the deodorant becomes suitable for men.

B glycerin, vegetable 3 1,5 gr
B Fluida emulsifier 1 0,5 gr
C xanthan gum 0,3 0,15 gr
C rice powder 1,2 0,6 gr
C alum crystals/powder* 1 0,5 gr
C sage essential oil 0,1 2 drops
C tea tree essential oil 0,2 3 drops
C orange essential oil 0,6 10 drops
C cosgard 0,6 10 drops

When both phases have reached a temperature of 75°C, remove from the heat.

Pour phase A over phase B and mix for 3 minutes.
Place the glass in a bowl of cold water to accelerate the cooling process, continuing to mix for 3 more minutes.

When the composition has reached body temperature, the ingredients of phase C are added one by one, thoroughly mixing after each one. 
It is left to rest for approximately 10 minutes, then mix with the mixer for 1-2 minutes, until the texture of the cream becomes soft and homogeneous.
The deodorant thus obtained is transferred to the dedicated container. pH: ~5
