Details:
The recipe can be prepared with Cocamidopropyl betaine in both liquid and powder versions.
If you are working with a liquid surfactant, follow the dosages and instructions given in the recipe.
If you are using a powdered surfactant, first prepare the required amount of solution following the instructions below:
Liquid Cocamidopropyl betaine can be easily obtained from Cocamidopropyl betaine powder by mixing one part powder + 2 parts flat /distilled water.
Examples:
• to get 10 gr of liquid Cocamidopropyl betaine mix 3.3 gr of powder + 6.7 gr water
• to get 25 gr of liquid Cocamidopropyl betaine mix 8.3 gr of powder + 16.7 gr water
• to get 100 gr of liquid Cocamidopropyl betaine mix 33 gr of powder + 67 gr water

Preparation method:
The preparation is simple: in a Berzelius beaker or a bowl, add the ingredients of the recipe one by one in the given order, mixing after each one.

The solution thus obtained is transferred to the dedicated container. If hibiscus flower powder is used, the solution should be strained beforehand, using a filter or a tea strainer with 3 layers of gauze. pH: ~5-5.5

A bath solution formulated from gentle ingredients, well tolerated by children's skin. It is suitable for washing hair and body, including for children under 3 years.

Options and explanations:

  • instead of linden water you can use lavender, melissa or chamomile water
  • instead of the strawberry extract, you can work with another aromatic extract chosen according to your preferences or you can remove this ingredient from the formula, supplementing the amount of water accordingly (the solution will have a delicate scent given by the floral water)
  • we do not recommend replacing the Cocamidopropyl betaine with another surfactant
  • the previous version of the recipe contained beet powder, which no longer appears in the Elemental offer, and instead we can recommend hibiscus flower powder for coloring; the color given by the beet or hibiscus fades over time; the cosmetic pink pigment can also be used for coloring, in which case the bottle must be shaken before use
