Shea & Wheat Germ anti-stretch marks balm

Phase	Ingredients for ~60 ml	Quantity
A	shea butter	30 gr
A	lanolin	4,5 gr
B	avocado oil	10 gr
B	wheat germ oil	12 gr
C	glycerin, vegetable	2,5 gr
C	red mandarin essential oil (optional)	20 drops
C	vitamin E	9 drops

Preparation method:
Add the ingredients of phase A to a heat-resistant glass and place in a water bath until completely melted. Remove from the water bath and leave the composition to cool. When it has reached body temperature, incorporate the oils from phase B and mix well.
Refrigerate until the composition hardens.
At the end, add the ingredients of phase C, mixing after each one. Mix thoroughly to obtain a creamy and homogeneous texture. The balm thus prepared is transferred to the dedicated container.

The result is a nourishing, emollient, regenerating and moisturizing balm, which increases skin elasticity and suppleness. It can be used on areas prone to stretch marks or on skin affected by stretch marks. It is also suitable for dry, rough skin care. Apply a small amount on the affected areas by a light massage, once or twice a day.

Options and explanations:

instead of shea butter you can use murumuru butter, which has a less greasy texture
instead of avocado oil, other beneficial oils for such applications can be used, such as: rosa mosqueta, macadamia or centella asiatica oil
the essential oil can be removed from the recipe, especially if the balm is used in the first trimester of pregnancy or if the skin will be exposed to the sun
instead of the proposed essential oil, another essential oil or natural cosmetic fragrance oil can be used
lanolin has a moisturizing action in synergy with glycerin, it is emollient and promotes the deep penetration of active substances into the skin; in addition, it contributes to the soft, creamy texture of the balm
