Preparation method:
Phase A ingredients are added to a heat-resistant beaker. Phase B ingredients are added to another heat-resistant beaker.
The beakers are placed in a water bath, both phases are heated to a temperature of 80°C while stirring, then they are removed from the heat.
Pour phase B over phase A and mix (1 minute with the new mixer 1 minute, 3 minutes with the old mixer).
Sprinkle xanthan gum over the composition and mix for a few seconds. Place the glass in a bowl of cold water to accelerate the cooling process and continuing to mix (1 minute with the new mixer, 3 minutes with the old mixer).
Then add the ingredients of phase D and mix thoroughly. The resulting composition is transferred to the dedicated container. The texture will be finalized the next day.

The result is a soft cream with a light, non-greasy texture. It acts both at the cellular level through antioxidants and as a physical barrier to sun rays. The active ingredient is esseSol sunscreen, accepted as an ingredient for certified organic cosmetics. It can be easily spread and distributed on the skin.
It is water resistant, but after showering, entering the water or profuse sweating, the application must be repeated. It is not fragrant, it has a fine vegetable scent. It is suitable for adults and children above 3 years.

Options and explanations:

  • if desired, it can be perfumed with a few drops of natural fragrance oil, for example Mandelíne, which does not contain any allergenic or photosensitizing compound
  • beeswax and carnauba wax ensure the texture and water resistance of the lotion
  • the color of the lotion is given by the carrot oil, the carotene concentrate and the pigment, and applied to the skin gives a slightly yellowish tinge; for those with darker skin, brown 23 oxide can be added, approximately 0.4 gr

Preparation method:
Add the ingredients of phase A to a heat-resistant glass and mix. Add the ingredients of phase B, one at a time, to another heat-resistant beaker and mix.

The two glasses are placed in a water bath. After both have reached a temperature of 80°C, remove from the heat. During heating, the contents of the phases are often mixed. Phase A must be clear and translucent. It needs to be heated to this temperature in order to melt the carnauba wax.

Phase A is added over phase B and mixed for 3 minutes. Avoid over-aerating the composition, otherwise it will result in a composition much larger in volume and a frothy texture. Place the glass in a bowl of cold water and continue to mix for 3 more minutes.

Phase C ingredients are added to the composition cooled to body temperature, mixing after each. The lotion thus prepared is transferred to the dedicated container and its consistency will be finalized the next day.
