Anti-dandruff mask with algae

Preparation method:
Add the water to a bowl, add the guar gum, in a single motion, and mix vigorously until completely dispersed. The gel is left to rest for approximately 5 minutes.

Over the gel formed, add the rest of the ingredients one by one, mixing thoroughly after each one. The composition thus prepared is transferred to the dedicated container.

The result is a gel mask with a complex action, similar to a serum. It benefits the scalp affected by fungal infections, dandruff, itching or imbalance of sebum secretion. It is suitable for any type of hair, it also has a moisturizing and nourishing action.

The mask is applied on dry hair and scalp before washing. Massage gently, leave on for 10-15 minutes, then wash your hair as usual. The mask can be used as an intensive treatment, applied twice a week.

Options and explanations:

in case of bleached or light blond hair, although spirulina does not color the hair normally, for safety we recommend removing it from the recipe
cedarwood atlas or lime essential oil can be used instead of rosemary essential oil
oregano essential oil can be used instead of palmarosa essential oil, but a smaller amount (7-10 drops)
instead of guar gum you can also use xanthan gum, approximately 1.6%
nettle powder can be used instead of spirulina powder - it has other properties, but it is an ingredient that has benefits in such applications
