SLSA - description

A mild cleansing agent with high foaming capacity, applicable to low irritation product formulations like skin friendly cleansers, shampoos, body washes, hand cleansers and effervescent bath products.

Properties

• solid anionic surfactant of vegetable origin
• excellent high foaming surfactant with low irritation
• milder to skin than ethoxylated alcohol sulfates
• softens formulas with sulfate content
• offers a creamy, rich lather
• hard water stable
• is in accordance with the standards for natural and organic cosmetics 

Applications, usage

• can be used for various skin and hair applications, in skin friendly cleansing products, shampoos, bath bombs, body washes, bath salts, bubble baths, bath truffles, face cleansers, hand cleansers, cleansing bars, cleansing creams, syndet bars, soaps and detergents formulations
• used as a primary or secondary surfactant, foaming agent, wetting agent
• can be dissolved in heated water, stirred with other surfactants, or added to the powder phase of bath bombs and bath salts
• recommended dosage up to 70%
