In two separate heat-resistant glasses, add the ingredients of phases A and B. Both beakers are placed in a water bath, stirring each from time to time.
When both phases have reached a temperature of 70°C, remove from heat. Pour phase B slowly, in a single motion, over phase A, while mixing continuously. Continue mixing for 3 minutes.
The glass is then placed in a bowl with cold water to accelerate the cooling process, continuing to mix for another 3 minutes.
When the composition has reached body temperature, add the ingredients of phase C, one at a time, thoroughly mixing after each one.
The composition thus obtained is transferred to the dedicated container. The consistency of the cream will be finalized the next day. pH: ~ 5.5-6
