Phase Ingredients for~50 ml % Quantity
A camellia oil 36 18 gr
A kokum butter 14 7 gr
A emulsifying olive wax 8 4 gr
A beeswax 2 1 gr
A ceramide 1 0,5 gr
B flat mineral water 38,4 19,2 gr
C fragard 0,6 10 drops

Sanitize the dedicated containers and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.

Preparation method:
Phase A and B ingredients are added to two separate heat-resistant containers. Both containers are placed in a water bath, stirring from time to time.
When both phases have reached 80°C, remove from the water bath.

Phase B is added little by little over phase A, while already stirring with a mixer. Continue to mix for 3 minutes.
Place the glass in a bowl of cold water to accelerate the cooling process and continue to mix for 3 more minutes. If the mixer no longer copes due to the thickening of the composition, the homogenization is continued manually, energetically.

After the composition has reached body temperature, add the C phase preservative and mix very well. Let the composition rest until it cools completely or it can be refrigerated for about 5 minutes.
Stir vigorously with a spoon, and transfer to the dedicated container. pH: 5.5-6
The cream will harden, its consistency will be final the next day.

The result is a nourishing, rich and emollient cream that nurtures and protects the skin from dehydration and external factors and helps to regenerate the skin. Reduces water loss from the skin and forms a protective barrier against the weather. It is greasier compared to regular day creams, is absorbed slowly, leaves the skin soft, silky and hydrated.

It is ideal when the skin is exposed for a longer time to cold, wind or snow, being water resistant, but also for those who practice winter sports. It is especially suitable for dry skin, it can also be used for normal, dehydrated or sensitive skin, it increases the comfort of the skin. 

Options:

  • instead of camellia oil, another vegetable oil can be used, chosen according to preferences and its properties; it is advisable to choose an oil with a drier texture, such as: vanilla, kukui, macadamia or caprilis oil
  • instead of kokum butter you can use another vegetable butter, we recommend murumuru butter
