Despite its name, magnesium oil is not actually an oil, but its texture and the feeling on the skin when applied are similar to those of a fine oil. Magnesium relaxes the muscles, relieves pain and muscle tension in the limbs, back, shoulders and neck. It is suitable in case of restless legs, nervous agitation, painful joints, before or after sports. It can also alleviate headaches. Magnesium oil can be used regularly, massaging the affected areas until it is absorbed into the skin. Apply the solution as such by spraying directly onto the skin, massaging gently until absorbed into the skin.
