Add the solubilizer and essential oils to a glass and mix well.
Add the water to the composition and mix, then add the alcohol and mix again thoroughly.
The resulting solution is transferred to the dedicated container.
Alcohol can be found at the supermarket in the spirits department (grain alcohol 96°/agricultural alcohol 96°).
Other suitable essential oils: peppermint, lemon, grapefruit, niaouli, litsea.
The result is a solution with a pleasant fresh scent, suitable for sanitizing yoga and fitness mats. Spray evenly on the surface of the mat and wipe with a clean, dry cloth. Allow the mat to dry before rolling it for storage. The spray can be used every few days, or more often, as appropriate.
