Sanitize the mold and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.
Add the Sodium coco-sulfate and the flat water to a heat-resistant glass. Place the glass in a water bath and heat the composition for about 10 minutes, stirring in the meantime. The Sodium coco-sulfate will not melt completely, some of the granules remain visible. Add the vegetable oil and silicone, and mix well.
Remove the beaker from the water bath and add the phase B ingredients one at a time. Mix the composition vigorously so that the paste is as homogeneous as possible. Transfer the paste to the soap mold and press it well. At the end you can press the surface with gloves or a paper towel.
Leave to dry and harden for at least 4 hours, after which it can be removed from the mold. The shampoo thus prepared needs approximately 48 hours for drying, after which it can be used.
The result is a solid shampoo enriched with castor oil and maca extract for nourishment, fortification and a healthy scalp. The honeyquat and coco-silicone are moisturizing and conditioning agents.
