A grape seed oil 63,7 63,7 gr
A emulsifier Olliva 20 20 gr
B glycerin, vegetable 5 5 gr
B olive exfoliator 8 8 gr
B pineapple powder 2 2 gr
B eucalyptus lemon essential oil 1 30 drops
B rosemary CO2 extract 0,3 9 drops

Preparation method:
Add the phase A ingredients to a heat-resistant container and place in a water bath. When the emulsifier has completely melted, remove from the heat.

The composition of phase A is mixed vigorously for approximately one minute, then placed in a bowl with cold water to accelerate the cooling process. Continue to stir the composition. Add the glycerin and continue to mix until the composition thickens and cools to body temperature.

Add the rest of the ingredients from phase B one at a time, mixing after each one. The resulting composition is transferred to the dedicated container; it is still soft but will harden until the next day.

The result is a cream suitable for mechanical exfoliation of the skin, with an invigorating scent. Apply on damp skin, massage well with circular motions, then rinse with lukewarm water; it is not necessary to use a shower gel. Body scrub is indicated once or twice a week. The skin will be clean, velvety and hydrated.
The formula contains an emulsifier that facilitates the rinsing of the skin, because on contact with water, the composition is emulsified and the skin does not remain oily, as well as the bathtub/shower.

It is advisable to use a spoon to remove the scrub from the jar. If your hands are used, and the cream comes into contact with water, it is necessary to include a preservative in the recipe, cosgard 0.8%.


  • instead of grape seed oil, another vegetable oil can be used, chosen according to preferences and its properties
  • vitamin E can be used instead of rosemary extract
  • instead of the essential oil recommended in the recipe, you can use another essential oil, such as lime, grapefruit or ravensara
