The result is a biphasic solution (the oily part separates from the aqueous part) that contains ingredients known for their effect of stimulating hair growth and healing the scalp.

Apply a small amount on clean, dry or slightly damp scalp. Massage well but not very intensively. The serum can be used two to three times a week, depending on the hair hygiene routine. If the hair has a tendency to get greasy, the serum can be applied in the evening, and the next morning the head is washed with shampoo (preferably a gentle one), as usual.

Shake the bottle well before each application.

The serum is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.

Options:

  • 5-10 drops of cedarwood virginia essential oil, 1-2 drops of chamomile CO2 extract can be added to the formula
  • if the scalp is irritated, 1% bisabolol may be included in phase B, decreasing the percentage of castor oil accordingly
  • half of the castor oil can be replaced with argan, avocado, jojoba, babassu or coconut oil
  • if the scalp is greasy and/or the hair is long, the percentage of castor oil can be reduced to 10% by supplementing phase A with 10% flat water or rosemary water
