Add the ingredients of phase A to a heat-resistant glass and place in a water bath until the wax has completely melted.
Add the tamanu oil and mix well. Place the beaker in a bowl of cold water and continue to mix until the composition cools to body temperature.
Now add the rest of the ingredients from phase B, with thorough mixing after each one. The balm thus obtained is transferred to the dedicated container.
The result is a delicate balm, rich in active substances with venotonic, circulatory and thermogenic effect. It can be used daily, once or twice. Apply a moderate amount of balm on areas affected by poor blood circulation and massage in the direction of the heart. In case of varicose veins, only a light massage is recommended. The balm can be used in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, in which case it is advisable to replace tamanu oil with macadamia oil or rice bran oil.
