Sanitize the dedicated containers and utensils you will work with, details in the general safety guidelines.
Add the phase A ingredients to a glass or bowl, one at a time, and mix after each one.
The xanthan gum is sprinkled over the solution, stirring vigorously, until the gum is completely dispersed. The composition is left to rest for about 10 minutes to form the gel.
The phase C ingredients are added one by one, mixing thoroughly after each. The gel thus obtained is transferred to the dedicated container. pH: ~5-5,5
The result is an active gel, with a pleasant fresh scent, formulated with ingredients that act synergistically to relieve the feeling of heavy legs. It is circulatory, draining, venotonic and invigorating.
It can be used daily, once or twice (morning and evening). Apply a moderate amount on clean skin and massage until absorbed. The gel is not indicated during pregnancy, due to the peppermint end cypress essential oils. In the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, the prepared gel can be used by excluding these essential oils from the recipe, and possibly replacing flat water with peppermint water.
