Epsom salt - description
Epsom salt has numerous health benefits, known as a popular natural remedy for a number of ailments, transdermal magnesium boost and cleansing the skin.
Is used for relieve pain, muscle tension and inflammation in joints, alleviate tension headaches, soothe cramps, easing muscle strain, invigorate the body. How to use:
- add 3-5 Tbsp. to warm bath water and soak for 20 minutes, upto three times a week
- combine 250 gr of Epsom salt with 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil + 1-2 tsp. essential oil (peppermint, lavender, grapefruit, rosemary, wintergreen, lemon eucalyptus); put it in a glass jar and use once a week
- add 1-2 Tbsp. to warm water for foot soak
Storage: sealed in a cool, dry place
